In this session, we will focus on wound documentation and OASIS items, to ensure that your chart has consistent documentation from referral information and physician verified diagnosis, through to the OASIS responses.

We will review in depth descriptions of the various wound types, stages and coding tips, as well as some tricky wound scenarios you may encounter.

Kelly Murphy, MBA, HCS-O, CEO of Murphy Advisory Services. Kelly has a strong operations background with over 15 years in the industry. She has worked for various top names in the home health and hospice consulting world, and has worked with clients all of over the country.
