Description
Florida home care providers must submit a Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) to the Florida Department of Health (DOH) for approval on an annual basis. The Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and the DOH have introduced changes in the submission process that providers must follow to remain compliant.
Failure to submit a compliant CEMP can result in delays, fines, and operational risks. This webinar will provide a step-by-step guide to navigating the new process efficiently and avoiding common pitfalls to ensure a smooth, timely, and successful submission process.
