Dr. Duane Frisby | Senior Consultant Strategix Healthcare Solutions

Dr. Duane Frisby is a values-driven healthcare business leader, clinician, consultant, and executive with more than 20 years of experience across the healthcare industry, including over a decade of focused experience supporting home health, home care, senior care, behavioral health, and healthcare technology organizations. He currently serves as a Senior Consultant with Strategix Healthcare Solutions, where he brings a strong background in healthcare operations, organizational development, client and patient engagement, compliance-focused service delivery, community partnership development, and provider support. 

He is deeply committed to education, research, and lifelong learning. He earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, where he also volunteered with Moffitt Cancer Center and Shriners Children’s Hospital. While working with the CDC and the Florida Department of Health, he earned his Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Maryland. He later received his Doctorate in Cognitive Studies and Social Research from The New School in New York City. 

Through his combined experience in clinical care, healthcare administration, home care consulting, technology-driven engagement, and community advocacy, Dr. Frisby brings a well-rounded and mission-focused perspective to the Strategix Healthcare Solutions team. His work is centered on helping healthcare organizations operate more effectively, serve the community more compassionately, and build systems that support long-term compliance, quality, and growth.
