Topic: Message Mapping: Crafting Clear & Consistent Communications for Impact
Message Mapping is a structured framework that helps home care organizations prepare crisp, consistent messages tailored to stakeholders’ concerns—such as clients, staff, families, regulators, and partners—especially during crises or complex communications.
This session will walk attendees through message mapping fundamentals, demonstrate how to apply them in everyday and emergency messaging scenarios, and provide practical templates and examples for immediate use.
Why It Matters for Home Care Professionals:
Home care providers often navigate sensitive topics—such as safety, staffing shortages, and regulatory changes—where clarity and trust are essential.
Message mapping empowers teams to align on messaging, minimize mixed signals, and deliver proactive, reassuring communication both internally and externally.
It’s a versatile tool—valuable in daily operations, policy discussions, and crisis scenarios.
