Cathlynn Nigh is the Founder | CEO of BEYOND HC LLC. With over 100 HITRUST external assessor organization, BEYOND is the only Women-Owned and Woman Lead Assessor Organization.  Ms. Nigh has built BEYOND into a national brand within the Healthcare | Security community.  In a male dominated industry BEYOND has maintained the title of Lead Assessor since its inception.  Ms. Nigh has developed an approach that embraces the certification requirements and protocols defined by HITRUST that overcomes the intricacies and challenges of a complex process leading the way for her client’s 100% success rate. Ms. Nigh has developed a program to allow her clients to be successful in obtaining their certifications, with building brand loyalty through strong customer service. 

Before starting BEYOND, Ms. Nigh was in senior leadership within Security at HCSC, senior management at The Marmon Group, and senior audit manager at both Bally Total Fitness and TransUnion LLC. Ms. Nigh has more than 25 years of executive level experience building top tier governance, risk | compliance and audit programs. 

Ms. Nigh currently sits on the HITRUST Assessor Advisory Board.  She is the immediate past Chair of the Chicago Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors Women’s Initiative Forum; a past member of the Board of Governors of the Chicago Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors; past president of the Women’s Board of Heartland Alliance; past board member of the Girl Scouts of Chicago; and past board member for Luther North College Prep.

Being viewed as an expert in the field of HITRUST, she was selected for a second term as a member of the HITRUST Assessor Council. In 2023 and 2024, BEYOND was awarded a bronze Stevie Award for Company of the Year – Business Services; and in 2024, BEYOND was awarded a Silver Titan Award for “Company of the Year – Information Security”.

Ms. Nigh received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hanover College, obtained the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) through the Institute of Internal Auditors; Certification Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB); Certified CSF Practitioner (CCSFP) and Certified HITRUST Quality Professional (CHQP) through HITRUST Alliance. 

Tampa resident and Founding Partner of Care Team, a state licensed medical home healthcare agency.  President and CEO of this award winning private duty agency that is recognized as a Top Workplace Tampa Bay 2019 thru 2025, and as a Best in Home Care winner in the categories of Employer of Choice & Provider of Choice awards 2020 thru 2025.  Care Team's operations cover an 11 county market providing skilled and non-skilled care, as well as Specialty Infusion therapies. 

Tangela Turner is a Registered Nurse in healthcare for eleven years. She acquired her BSN in 2012 and is enrolled in college to gain her Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) degree. Her job includes but is not limited to patient care, assessment, and evaluation. She is the owner of 3 homecare/home health businesses located in Philadelphia and Florida.
