Meet the Speakers

Denise Bellville, RN, BS - Executive Director

Denise brings 46 years of nursing experience spanning Critical Care, ER, Open Heart SICU, and NICU, followed by 33 years as a home care executive. Her clinical expertise includes pediatric/adult ventilator cases, infusion therapy, and in-home PICC line placements. She has a true passion for helping patients thrive at home. "My love of nursing has allowed me the opportunity to enter a stranger's home and leave as a friend. It has been a career that has already lasted a lifetime.


Jessica Devine - Director of Membership Growth & Retention

Jessica has worked across the home care spectrum since 2014, including Medicare-certified home health, nurse registry, and private duty. She most recently served as Director of Private Care for a Visiting Nurse Association and is a proud UCF alumna. Jessica is here to help with any membership questions including joining, renewals, and benefits.



Patti Heid, MSPT, COS-C - Senior Director of Best Practices & Compliance

Patti is a Physical Therapist with 29 years of experience, including 21 years in home care. Having worked in roles from field clinician to management, she has a deep appreciation for the difference home care makes. Patti is here to help with therapy, regulatory, and home care practice matters, as well as vendor advertising, exhibiting, and sponsorship opportunities.



Kyle Simon - Senior Director of Policy, Advocacy & Communications

Kyle brings extensive experience in health policy, advocacy, and government affairs, having worked with federal and state policymakers and served members of Congress.
