So, what exactly is a dashboard? A dashboard is a visual representation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that provide a comprehensive view of an agency's performance. Based on real-time data and insights, dashboards allow agencies to monitor and track categories, such as, but not limited to:

  • Operational processes
  • Patient intake and referrals 
  • Revenue streams and financial performance
  • Staffing levels and productivity
  • Regulatory compliance, and also
  • Highlight other areas that may need improvement

By using dashboards, agencies are better equipped to reduce productivity bottlenecks and initiate proactive measures to address minor issues before they become major problems. Meet the Speaker:

Richard Butler, COO, Etairos Health. Richard has 30 years of experience in various segments of post-acute healthcare including mergers and acquisitions, sales, corporate compliance, and operations. Prior to joining Etairos Health, Richard held management positions with Palmetto GBA, Lincare, Apria Healthcare and OneTouch Direct. Richard’s focus is day to day operations of all aspects of the company, from implementing best practices and optimizing operational processes, to clinical compliance and managing operational metrics. Richard grew up in Columbia, SC and graduated from The University of South Carolina.
