The countdown has begun for a variety of changes to take effect that will impact the Medicare home health provider community in 2022. To get up-to-speed and prepared for what’s coming, please join us for the Fall 2021 Home Care Connection – Certified Edition live virtual event! For your convenience, this program will be offered twice:

During this event, Healthcare Provider Solutions’ Melinda Gaboury will tackle all aspects of the 2022 Home Health Prospective Payment System final rule, including the planned nationwide expansion of the Home Health Value-Based Payment (VBP) program, changes to the Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM), and tweaks to the Conditions of Participation (CoPs). Melinda will also assess the continued rollout of the Medicare Review Choice Demonstration (RCD).

Additionally, HCAF’s Bobby Lolley and Kyle Simon will review what’s happening in Congress as it relates to home health, preview what providers can expect during the upcoming Florida Legislative Session, and discuss industry trends.
